Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to address a range of psychological and relational issues.

• Assessing client needs through comprehensive evaluations, treatment plans, and ongoing monitoring of progress.

• Providing specialized support for various concerns, including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job stress, blended families, and communication difficulties.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and maintaining accurate client records within our digital systems.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Engaging in continuous professional development and attending team meetings to share insights and strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a diverse range of patients, including adults and adolescents facing psychological challenges. You will specialize in helping families navigate complex dynamics, offering therapeutic interventions that address both individual issues and collective family concerns. Compensation and Benefits\n
