This position is completely remote, providing you the flexibility to engage with clients from the comfort of your own home while connecting with a vibrant multicultural team. As a full-time member of our organization, you will work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, though some flexibility may be required to meet the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to gather information about clients' unique life experiences and mental health challenges, developing personalized treatment plans based on these insights.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual's cultural context and personal history, addressing issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties.

• Provide one-on-one, family, and group therapy sessions that empower clients to enhance their coping skills and mental resilience while fostering a sense of community.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a well-coordinated approach to care, facilitating referrals and providing support across disciplines.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support during instances of acute distress or emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about various mental health conditions, effective treatments, and available community resources that can aid their journey toward recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client sessions and treatment plans, adhering to all relevant legal and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in case conferences, team meetings, and training programs focused on cultural competency and therapeutic best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist.

• A robust understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and cultural nuances in therapy.

• Prior experience in individual and group therapeutic settings, utilizing culturally responsive and inclusive methodologies.

• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills, along with the ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering trust and connection with clients and colleagues alike.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite to support documentation and administrative duties.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
