Work Environment\n

This role provides an opportunity to work remotely, giving you the flexibility to balance your personal and professional commitments. The work schedule is set for Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet the diverse needs of our patients. You will interact daily with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff, ensuring that patient care is coordinated and holistic.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, consisting of individuals facing various mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in a relevant mental health role is required, candidates with additional experience in group therapy facilitation, crisis intervention, or specialized therapeutic approaches will be given preference. Familiarity with the needs of clients in a detox setting is a plus, as our work environment may involve interacting with individuals in various stages of substance recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
