Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough mental health assessments to accurately determine clients’ needs and develop tailored treatment strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy—delivering care to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that foster connection among clients and address common mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
