Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments via telehealth, identifying individual client needs and establishing tailored treatment plans that address specific therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to deliver both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a unified approach to patient care that extends beyond therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health episodes, ensuring timely and effective support.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and available community resources, thus equipping them with tools for self-advocacy and improvement.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
