Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and detailed mental health assessments during virtual sessions to identify individual needs and create personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Facilitate support groups and psychoeducational workshops aimed at enhancing clients' understanding of mental health conditions and promoting a community of support.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support services to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges.
\n
• Educate clients about treatment options, therapeutic strategies, and relevant community resources they can leverage in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of client interactions in line with applicable legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities, ensuring that you are continually enhancing your expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working with a diverse clientele facing various mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Our patient-centric approach encourages you to tailor your treatment plans and engagement strategies to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Mental Health Counseling (LPC) from an accredited institution is required.

• Valid licensure in the state of Georgia as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• Deep understanding of mental health disorders, therapeutic techniques, and treatment planning.

• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy, with a proven success in engaging diverse populations.

• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, allowing for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.

• Strong ethical standards and professional boundaries, with demonstrated sound judgment in clinical practice.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with digital therapy tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n
