Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, leading to tailored treatment plans that align with individual goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, to address a wide range of mental health issues in individuals, couples, and families.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and ensure holistic care for clients, creating a seamless treatment experience.

• Provide crisis intervention services and emotional support during acute distress situations, demonstrating empathy and a proactive approach.

• Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives that promote mental health awareness and actively work to reduce stigma surrounding mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice caters to a diverse client base, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Active and independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s or doctorate degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients.

• A commitment to cultural competence, allowing for effective engagement with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation of case notes and client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
