Work Environment\n

You'll be joining a supportive and collaborative team in a remote work setting, which provides you the autonomy to manage your schedule while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our practice operates from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed to accommodate patient demands. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents, identifying the unique needs and challenges presented by each young patient.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect the developmental stages and familial contexts of your clients, ensuring a holistic therapeutic approach.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Play Therapy, tailored to address specific mental health issues.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to empower parents and caregivers, equipping them with the skills necessary to support their child's mental health journey.

• Collaboratively work with child psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to coordinate care and enhance the therapeutic experience.

• Provide crisis intervention services in urgent situations, demonstrating swift decision-making and stability under pressure.

• Educate families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to foster understanding and support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records using electronic health record (EHR) systems in alignment with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations, contributing insights and learning opportunities that enhance collective knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid state license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT is mandatory.

• Extensive knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders and various treatment methodologies.

• Experience providing individual and family therapy to young populations.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, showcasing a compassionate, child-centered approach in all client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges between USD 80,000 to 110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
