Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, developing specific treatment plans that align with their goals and challenges.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adapting methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities to meet diverse client needs.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to create a holistic treatment approach that takes all aspects of a client’s wellbeing into consideration.

• Offer crisis intervention support to clients in acute distress. Use your clinical expertise to handle emergencies, ensuring clients receive the urgent care they require.

• Engage in community outreach and education initiatives, working to raise awareness about mental health issues and reduce stigma in various communities.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Strong organizational skills, with a proven record of timely documentation and adherence to treatment protocols.

Compensation and Benefits\n
