Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients, focusing on their individual needs and family dynamics.

• Provide tailored individual and family therapy sessions, incorporating evidence-based practices to foster engagement and healing.

• Document treatment plans, billing information, and insurance authorizations accurately and within designated time frames to ensure compliance.

• Develop and implement crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans, working collaboratively with patients to support sustained mental health stability.

• As a discharge planner, you will strategize transitions for patients along their recovery journey, ensuring continuity of care and resources.

• Adhere to all applicable federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies to maintain the highest standards of care.

• Engage in ongoing training and continuing education opportunities to advance your professional skills and maintain licensure.
\n
• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings, contributing to a culture of learning and shared expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse demographic of clients, including individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related discipline that fulfills licensing requirements.

• Licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Washington is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in community health settings or with diverse populations is highly valued.

• Proficiency in teletherapy practices and familiarity with electronic health record systems will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
