Our school-based mental health services are designed to cater to the needs of our clients while integrating seamlessly with educational environments. You will collaborate closely with school staff and other mental health professionals to provide a comprehensive support system for students.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing established evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational staff to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes aimed at empowering clients and enhancing their coping strategies.

• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessments, and develop safety plans as needed during sessions.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in adherence to ethical, legal, and administrative requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your work will be engaging with students and their families, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. Many of our clients are navigating the complexities of academic pressures and personal struggles, and your support will be essential in helping them develop resilience and effective coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health or outpatient settings, particularly with school-age children and adolescents.

• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, enabling you to connect with clients and facilitate their healing effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
