Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to understand clients' mental health concerns, tailoring treatment plans to address their specific needs.

• Create individualized treatment plans focused on client-specific goals, continuously adapting approaches as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure holistic and integrated client care.

• Engage with clients' families to provide education and supportive resources that foster involvement in their loved ones’ recovery journeys.

• Ensure meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and ethical standards, maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and progress.

You will serve a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults from various socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology.
