Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations of client needs, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.

• Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered, recovery-oriented treatment strategies that align with each client’s unique goals.

• Provide direct clinical services, including therapy sessions that may incorporate techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Assist clients in acquiring essential coping, problem-solving, and communication skills to enhance their daily functioning.

• Educate clients about available community resources and advocate for their access to these services to enrich their support networks.

• Facilitate the development and execution of individualized service plans in collaboration with clients and their support systems.

• Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards and ethical guidelines while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• A current state license to practice, including any of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Demonstrated ability to practice independently without supervision.
\n
• A clean disciplinary record and eligibility for license renewals.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of direct clinical service experience in a community setting.

• Experience with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competencies in mental health.

• Familiarity with symptom monitoring and management strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 yearly, with additional incentives including a sign-on bonus and weekly direct deposit.
