Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments upon intake, utilizing evidence-based practices to create individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Implement diverse therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other effective treatment modalities tailored to promote client resilience and recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records that comply with HIPAA and other relevant standards, showcasing your attention to detail and commitment to ethical practice.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic, integrated care for our clients.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to ongoing professional development and the enhancement of service delivery.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them on their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse population experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Georgia is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, with incentives and bonuses that reward your dedication and contributions.
