Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while still being a vital part of our collaborative team. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with a supportive infrastructure behind you including regular team meetings and access to administrative resources, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional care to your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments and diagnostics to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques.

• Implement targeted behavioral strategies and interventions to encourage client engagement and facilitate progress towards their therapeutic goals.

• Maintain clear, concise, and accurate documentation of client sessions using electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will vary in age, background, and mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. You will engage with individuals seeking support not only for immediate crises but also for longer-term mental health management, which is crucial in fostering resilience and sustained recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure in the state of Georgia as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least two years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on developing rapport with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems is highly desirable.
