Key Responsibilities\n

• Oversee the clinical care of patients, ensuring proficient delivery of therapeutic services in alignment with best practices.

• Utilize extensive clinical knowledge to counsel patients and their families, addressing crisis situations and providing immediate therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate personalized counseling options, which may include individual, family, or conjoint therapy, and refer patients to specialized professionals as needed to ensure holistic care.

• Evaluate patient and provider needs to create impactful psychological service plans, adjusting for any evolving requirements through subsequent assessments.

• Conduct mental health evaluations and include findings in the overall care structure, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

• Create and maintain strategic outlines, progress summaries, and treatment revisions as necessary to track patient development.

• Provide educational resources and supportive programs to patients and their families, enhancing their understanding of the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting individuals facing mental health challenges, ranging from mild to severe conditions. This diverse population includes children, adolescents, adults, and families, all requiring varied therapeutic approaches. By assessing their needs and preferences, you will address unique challenges and implement effective interventions that promote their emotional and psychological well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required.

• A valid state-issued license, such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD, is mandatory for this role.

• Two or more years of professional experience in a clinical mental health setting are required.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in outpatient therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning is highly beneficial. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms will also enhance your ability to deliver efficient and effective care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,500 and may receive up to $2,000 in performance bonuses based on state licensure. Our benefits package includes:
