Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and clinical judgment to formulate accurate diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Engage in individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities tailored to meet specific client needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health issues, ensuring immediate support and stabilization when necessary.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential records of client interactions, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with ethical guidelines and local, state, and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive client care and address all aspects of client wellness.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community resources available to support ongoing recovery and resilience.

• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health treatment through continuous professional development, attending workshops, and participating in training sessions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The available salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
