Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele for this role comprises children and adolescents dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, from an accredited program.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

• Proven knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, along with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience in providing individual and family therapy to children and adolescents, demonstrating a track record of effective treatment delivery.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a sensitive, child-centered approach to therapy.

• Capability to build rapport and trust with children, adolescents, and their families to foster a comfortable therapeutic relationship.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in necessary computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred. Prior experience specifically working with children and adolescents will enhance your fit for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus potential bonuses.
