Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health concerns, which may include anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, and trauma-related challenges. Your expertise will guide young patients toward improved emotional regulation, social skills, and coping mechanisms, thereby enhancing their quality of life. Working with families is an integral aspect of this position, as you will provide strategies and insights that promote healthy family dynamics and support systems.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, ideally focused on child and adolescent populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
