Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine the unique needs of each child and adolescent.

• Collaborate with child psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies involving young individuals.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, therapeutic techniques, and available community resources to enhance understanding and foster engagement in the treatment process.

• Maintain meticulous patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to work with children and adolescents grappling with various mental health challenges. These individuals may present with issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and behavioral problems. Your expertise will contribute to improving their well-being and equipping them with the tools necessary for managing their mental health effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

• Extensive knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Proven experience in delivering individual and family therapy to children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to the base salary, we are pleased to offer a structured bonus program and a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
