Work Environment\n

This remote position allows you to deliver quality mental health services through our telehealth platform, ensuring accessibility and convenience for families. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals, maintaining a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs, enabling flexibility in your work hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate the emotional and psychological needs of children and adolescents, using evidence-based tools and practices.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that consider each patient’s unique developmental stage and familial context.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions and modalities to address a spectrum of mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral issues.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions aimed at engaging parents and caregivers, promoting healthy family dynamics, and fostering supportive environments.

• Collaborate with child psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies involving young patients.

• Offer education to patients and families about mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and available community resources to empower informed decision-making.

• Maintain confidential and accurate documentation of patient interactions in compliance with professional and legal standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and continued education to stay updated on best practices in child and adolescent mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of New York.

• Demonstrated expertise in child and adolescent mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by a compassionate, child-centered approach.

• A track record of establishing rapport and trust with children, adolescents, and their families.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications necessary for telehealth service delivery.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
