Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, employing a variety of evaluation techniques to identify the unique needs and challenges faced by each child or adolescent.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that consider each patient's developmental stage, socio-cultural background, and family dynamics.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to address issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions aimed at strengthening family bonds and enhancing the support system for young patients.

• Work in collaboration with our team of psychiatrists and mental health professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring safe resolution and access to further resources.

• Educate children and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can aid in their overall wellness.

• Keep meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring that information is always accurate and up-to-date.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities to continually foster your skills and knowledge base.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with children and adolescents experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other diagnosed behavioral disorders. You will play a crucial role in shaping their treatment experience and promoting healthy coping strategies, ultimately contributing to improved outcomes for their emotional and psychological well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in the state of California.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience within the mental health field, particularly focused on child and adolescent populations.

• Strong expertise in child and adolescent mental health, along with familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic approaches aligned with contemporary standards.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications, which enhances the documentation and communication processes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
