Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand clients' needs and challenges.

• Establish accurate diagnoses according to DSM-5 guidelines and develop individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) in good standing.

• Ability to demonstrate strong clinical assessment skills and effective therapeutic techniques.

• Expertise in working ethically and effectively with diverse populations.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Honor Your Emotions offers a competitive salary range between $120,000 and $130,000 annually, reflective of the therapist’s qualifications and experience.
