Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine the needs and challenges of children and adolescents.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including individual and family therapy, focusing on conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Carry out crisis intervention services for children experiencing mental health emergencies, providing immediate and compassionate support.

• Educate children and their families about mental health conditions, effective treatment options, and available community resources.

• Maintain documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

• Actively participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves children and adolescents dealing with various mental health issues. You will collaborate closely with families, understanding their dynamics and coordinating care with parents, educators, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated support aimed at promoting positive outcomes for each young individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 105,000, with the opportunity for performance-based bonuses. We also offer a sign-on bonus to new hires!
