Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of each child and adolescent client.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate individualized treatment plans that cater to the developmental stages and family dynamics of patients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and family therapy, addressing diverse mental health issues.

• Hold family therapy sessions to empower parents and caregivers with tools to support their children's mental health.

• Collaborate with a team of experienced child psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies.

• Educate both patients and their families regarding mental health, treatment modalities, and available community resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient interactions, adhering to all legal and ethical documentation standards.

• Engage actively in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development sessions to refine best practices and treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Active and valid licensure as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon is essential.

• A deep understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment strategies is necessary.

• Experience providing individual and family therapy specifically to children and adolescents is mandatory.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required, along with a child-centered and compassionate approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience, plus performance bonuses.
