Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and a comfortable work setting. While our outpatient office is based in Dallas, you will engage with colleagues and patients through a sophisticated telehealth platform, ensuring accessibility to care for our young clients. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed based on patient requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain precise and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices.

• Actively participate in team meetings and case reviews to continuously improve patient care strategies.

This role mainly serves children and adolescents dealing with conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your qualifications and experience.
