Work Environment\n

This role is offered as a remote position, allowing for flexibility while working in an outpatient clinic setting. You will be part of a supportive team culture that prioritizes collaboration and communication. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts expected based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine the unique needs of each child or adolescent.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the developmental stages and family dynamics of our patients. This involves utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions appropriate for conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to engage parents and caregivers in supporting their child's mental health journey, ensuring they have the tools and strategies needed to foster a nurturing environment.

• Collaborate with child psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care, advocating for the needs of your patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, being readily available to assist during potential mental health emergencies involving children and adolescents.

• Teach patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of all patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Actively engage in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Stay abreast of current research and best practices related to child and adolescent psychiatry to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this position is on children and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, ADHD, and various behavioral concerns. Your role will significantly impact the lives of these young individuals and their families, helping them navigate the complexities of mental health while promoting resilience and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Tennessee.

• Demonstrated understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders and effective treatment strategies.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to develop rapport and trust with clients and their families.

• Proficiency in using EHR systems and other relevant technologies to streamline patient care and documentation.

• A collaborative mindset, ready to work within a multidisciplinary team framework to ensure high-quality, holistic care.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience working with children and adolescents is preferred to understand the nuanced needs of this population.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive sign-on bonus for new hires.
