Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Manage a caseload of clients, building positive and professional relationships while adhering to ethical guidelines.

• Conduct regular sessions to review client progress, set goals, and facilitate discharge planning as warranted.

• Develop and implement personalized, person-centered treatment plans with measurable outcomes.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes for each client in compliance with organizational protocols.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to determine client needs and establish effective treatment plans.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions for professional growth and skill enhancement.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on youth, requiring specialized skills in addressing the unique mental health challenges faced by children and adolescents. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
