Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our center, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient’s trauma history and establish necessary treatment strategies.
\n
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans focusing on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and mental wellness.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitating engaging individual and group therapy sessions that assist patients in processing trauma, developing coping methods, and promoting emotional healing.
\n
• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, integrated care for patients.
\n
• Providing timely crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educating patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, available resources, and how to navigate their healing journeys.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation aligned with legal and ethical standards.

• Participating in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development initiatives that emphasize trauma-informed care.

• Staying informed about the latest research and best practices related to trauma therapy and patient interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with individuals who have experienced trauma and are seeking recovery. Our patient population is diverse, including adults and children facing various trauma-related challenges. We emphasize a holistic approach to therapy, understanding that each client’s story and background significantly affect their treatment outcomes. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LPC in Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
