Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and develop personalized, recovery-oriented treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client focus for this role includes adults, ages 18 and older, who are navigating mental illness and may require assistance in maintaining their community roles and independence. The counselor will work with diverse backgrounds and varying levels of mental health challenges, emphasizing individualized support tailored to each client's unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current License as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) issued by the state board is mandatory.

• The ability to practice independently without supervision and demonstrate no disciplinary actions on the license.
