Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to inform individualized treatment strategies for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, couples, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create a holistic approach to client care, ensuring clients receive support across all aspects of their wellbeing.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practice guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and seminars to stay informed about the latest mental health research and methodologies.

• Assist clients in developing coping mechanisms and strategies to manage mental health disorders and improve their quality of life.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Tennessee.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing the practice of counseling.
