In this remote work setting, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while focusing on what matters most: your clients. The structure of your workweek will generally consist of standard office hours from Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, focusing on their individual mental health needs and treatment goals.

• Develop and oversee evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation and progress.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.

• Proactively participate in regular team meetings for case reviews, continuing education, and professional development initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clientele will consist of pre-screened, low-acuity patients who benefit from regular therapeutic support. This focus allows you to build meaningful therapeutic relationships in a virtual environment, catering to diverse backgrounds and life experiences. You'll address a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions, while fostering a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice independently in Tennessee as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting with a proven track record of delivering effective, empathetic therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
