Our flexible scheduling allows you to maintain a balance between professional commitments and personal life, with core hours designated from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and developing tailored treatment plans that cater to the individual needs of clients.

• Maintaining thorough documentation in accordance with company policy, including treatment plan reviews and ongoing case notes.
\n
• Delivering exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed with a compassionate approach.

• Employing creativity and innovation in therapeutic interventions to help clients set and achieve their mental health goals.

• Coordinating care with case managers, families, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic support for clients.

• Participating actively in clinical staff meetings and ongoing training opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute to team development.

• Undertaking additional responsibilities as needed, showcasing flexibility and a commitment to the overall mission of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals from various backgrounds, each facing unique challenges. Our community health clinic serves clients who may be dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. You will be instrumental in fostering a supportive environment that promotes healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active clinical licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts effectively.

• Proven ability to establish and maintain healthy boundaries with clients to foster trust and respect.

• Proficiency in completing documentation accurately and promptly in line with organizational policies.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with experience in community health settings, trauma-informed care practices, or integrative treatment approaches will be especially valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n
