Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to create personalized treatment plans that accurately address their mental health needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to deliver high-quality mental health services to individuals, groups, and families.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members, such as psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure holistic care for clients, enhancing treatment outcomes and continuity.

• Provide crisis intervention services and guidance to clients who are experiencing acute psychological distress or emergencies, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. As a mental health counselor in our organization, you will work closely with clients facing an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and personality disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• Possession of a master's degree or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong capability to establish rapport with clients from a wide range of backgrounds.

• Experience demonstrating cultural competence and sensitivity, effectively catering to the needs of clients from various ethnic and socioeconomic groups.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring thorough and timely documentation of client sessions and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with additional experience in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, or community outreach are highly encouraged to apply. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
