This full-time position allows for a flexible work-from-home arrangement, while also engaging in a supportive community health clinic setting. The work schedule primarily consists of Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine the needs and concerns of children and adolescents.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that take into account each patient's developmental stage and family dynamics.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and play therapy, to address a broad spectrum of mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with child psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive and holistic care for patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and mental health support during emergencies involving children and adolescents.

• Ensure accurate and confidential documentation that complies with legal and ethical standards in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with children and adolescents aged 5-18, who face a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT within the state of New York.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, ideally focused on children's mental health.

• Demonstrated experience providing both individual and family therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
