Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments for children and adolescents, utilizing standardized tools and evidence-based practices to effectively evaluate their emotional and behavioral needs.

• Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to address specific diagnoses and life challenges.

• Deliver crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate support and strategies for managing acute situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents, providing therapeutic support for a diverse range of mental health issues. Working closely with young clients, you will address their needs through a compassionate, child-centered approach, ensuring they feel safe and understood throughout their therapeutic journey. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT in New York State is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in the field, with the minimum requirement of two years of post-licensure practice preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
