Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain up-to-date, confidential records adhering to legal and ethical requirements using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with children and adolescents, addressing various mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in New York State.

• Two or more years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, particularly with children and adolescents.

• Strong understanding of child development, mental health disorders, and evidence-based treatment modalities.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and technology-driven therapeutic methodologies.

• Team-oriented with an ability to work collaboratively with other professionals in a virtual setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Health Benefits Behavioral Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
