Cure Health Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist, specifically trained to work with children and adolescents. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in our outpatient setting in Bellevue, Washington, addressing the emotional and psychological needs of young patients. Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you to work flexibly while still adhering to a structured schedule. The standard hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to identify the psychological needs of children and adolescents.

• Develop personalized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based therapies that are sensitive to individual developmental stages.

• Provide individual therapy as well as facilitate family therapy sessions to strengthen the family dynamics surrounding each young individual.

• Implement therapeutic interventions to effectively manage and treat issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Work collaboratively with a team of child psychiatrists and other professionals, ensuring seamless coordination of care.

• Respond to crisis situations and provide immediate support to children and adolescents experiencing mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate families about mental health conditions and empower them to play an active role in their child's treatment.
\n
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in professional development activities to stay informed about the latest advancements in child and adolescent mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children and adolescents who face a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, and various behavioral issues. You will also engage with their families to provide support and education, ensuring that the children receive comprehensive care within their home environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.
\n
• Extensive knowledge of child and adolescent mental health issues and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Proven ability to establish rapport with children, adolescents, and their families through compassionate care.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effective therapy and collaboration within the team.
\n
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will have at least two years of experience providing individual and family therapy to children and adolescents. Familiarity with a multidisciplinary approach to mental health care will enhance your capacity to support our patients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
