Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including interviews and standardized tools, to identify the needs and concerns of young clients.

• Develop and execute tailored treatment plans that reflect best practices in child and adolescent mental health, adapting strategies as needed based on progress and evolving needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and play therapy, to address issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Engage in family therapy sessions that help parents and caregivers understand and manage their child’s mental health challenges effectively.

• Collaborate with child psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to care; participate in regular case consultations and team meetings.

• Offer crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support and developing safety plans for at-risk youth.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources to facilitate better support systems.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily focus on children and adolescents, ages 5-18, who are experiencing various mental health disorders. Your role will involve creating a trusting atmosphere that promotes open dialogue, allowing your young clients to express their feelings and challenges. Understanding the unique developmental and emotional needs of this age group is crucial in fostering healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• Proven expertise in child and adolescent mental health, including familiarity with developmental psychology and relevant therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated experience in providing both individual and family therapy for young patients.

• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with children, families, and colleagues.

• Competence in using electronic health record systems and telehealth technologies to enhance the therapy experience.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of experience is required, preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate a deep commitment to child and adolescent mental health, with a track record of success in collaborative practices. Experience in telehealth is advantageous as we continue to expand our remote services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses. We also offer a sign-on bonus for the right candidate. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
