Work Environment\n

This role operates in a fully remote setting, offering a flexible work environment that encourages a work-life balance. As part of our outpatient office structure, counselors utilize technology to engage with clients, conduct assessments, and deliver high-quality care. Our team operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured yet supportive atmosphere for professional growth. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that cater to individuals and families.

• Conduct telehealth sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to address mental health issues, ensuring that clients feel supported and empowered during each encounter.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation of patient histories, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to regulatory compliance and ethical standards.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate referrals to community services and support systems, optimizing levels of care for families.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, applying knowledge of substance abuse, domestic violence, trauma response, and mental health to stabilize situations.

• Educate team members regarding psychosocial stressors affecting clients to enhance collaborative treatment approaches and foster improved outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various psychological challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
