Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and in-depth screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to address each client's specific needs, goals, and preferences.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure integrated care for all clients.

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families, who face a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. Qualifications\n
