Key Responsibilities\n

• Offer individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on creating a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients to share their experiences.

• Engage in regular collaboration with the VIEW team, sharing insights to enhance the overall effectiveness of our care approach.

• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing updates on client progress and discussing strategies for improvement in service delivery.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.

• Assist in developing innovative programs aimed at client recovery and wellness initiatives.

• Evaluate and contribute to the continuous improvement of VIEW services, ensuring they align with best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients across various demographics, including children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Your ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life and your dedication to breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health will be crucial in fostering trust and rapport with your clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active licensure and certification as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) through the Washington State Department of Health.

• A minimum of three to four years of direct experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
