Key Responsibilities\n

• Comprehensive Assessments: Utilize effective assessment tools and interviews to evaluate clients' mental health needs, identifying strengths and areas for growth.

• Collaborative Treatment Planning: Work closely with clients to co-create individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances, empowering them to pursue meaningful life changes.

• Therapeutic Interventions: Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to diverse client backgrounds and needs.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly document clients’ progress in therapeutic goals, utilizing our clinical software to track developments and recalibrate treatment strategies as necessary.

• Integrated Care Coordination: Collaborate with a network of mental health and healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Family Support and Education: Provide educational resources and support to clients' families, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues and encouraging active participation in the recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role as a Mental Health Counselor is critical in addressing these concerns with sensitivity and understanding, creating a safe space for healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• License Requirements: Active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Educational Background: A Master’s degree or doctorate in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
