Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to promote client growth and well-being.

• Establish therapeutic goals in partnership with clients and regularly monitor their progress to adapt treatment plans as needed.

• Provide teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients facing challenges with travel or scheduling.

• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and client progress to uphold ethical standards and compliance with organizational policies.

• Engage in regular supervision meetings and ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and therapeutic approaches.

As a licensed mental health therapist, you will work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
