Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients to evaluate their mental health conditions and personal needs, utilizing structured interviews and standardized psychological tools.

• Create individualized treatment plans that address each client’s unique mental health concerns, ensuring alignment with their personal goals and therapeutic objectives.

• Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions using various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed, fostering a collaborative atmosphere where clients can share experiences and support each other in their healing journeys.

• Monitor each client’s progress throughout treatment and modify their care plans as necessary to respond to their evolving needs effectively.

• Meticulously document all client interactions, clinical notes, and treatment plans in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Work collaboratively with a team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to provide holistic care and comprehensive support.

• Participate actively in professional development opportunities, including workshops, seminars, and case consultations, to enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC at Restora Care, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Many of our clients present challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, and relationship conflicts. Your role will be critical in guiding them toward recovery and self-empowerment, understanding their backgrounds and the unique circumstances that affect their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is required.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is necessary.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is expected.

Compensation and Benefits\n
