Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' psychological and emotional states, ensuring accurate and holistic understanding of their needs.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that are tailored to the unique circumstances and goals of individual clients.

• Provide a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, family counseling, and group therapy sessions, facilitating a safe space for clients to explore their challenges.

• Monitor and track clients' progress, continually adjusting treatment strategies based on their evolving needs and feedback.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support to clients in distress, serving as a stabilizing resource during critical moments.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, employing secure electronic health record systems.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer specialists, to create an integrated approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Gentle Care Counseling Center, you will support a diverse client population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited educational institution.
