This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to enjoy a balanced professional and personal life. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate the emotional, psychological, and social needs of children and adolescents.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that take into account each young person's developmental stage and family dynamics.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a variety of mental health concerns, including family therapy sessions to foster a nurturing environment at home.

• Collaborate with child psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated care for each patient.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention and provide immediate support during mental health emergencies involving young individuals.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and relevant community resources.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of patient interactions, assessments, and progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities.
\n
• Stay current with advances in child and adolescent psychiatry and evidence-based practices to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with children and adolescents dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and behavioral challenges. Your role will involve direct interaction with young clients and their families, requiring a high level of empathy, professionalism, and adaptability to diverse backgrounds and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington State.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, as well as effective therapeutic modalities.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and family therapy specifically to young clients.
\n
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with a child-centered and compassionate approach.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.

• A collaborative mindset, able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably within a child and adolescent setting.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and tools for providing remote therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside performance-based bonuses and a sign-on bonus for successful candidates.
