Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients across a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs, strengths, and challenges, which inform personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for all clients.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and any updates to treatment plans using our electronic health record system.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted clinical licensure in the state of Washington as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent mental health licensure.

• Demonstrated experience in providing mental health counseling services to diverse populations, ideally through a telehealth platform.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients remotely.
