Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your practice at Klarity, you will work primarily with individuals experiencing complex psychological conditions often accompanied by medical diagnoses. This includes patients with anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and those contending with chronic illnesses. This diverse clientele necessitates a compassionate approach that considers the multifaceted nature of health, ensuring each patient receives personalized and effective treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, Licensed Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, or LMFT in New York State.

• Proven experience in addressing mental health issues for individuals with concurrent medical problems.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective relationship-building with clients and collaboration with colleagues.

• Commitment to professional ethics and the ability to maintain appropriate boundaries as well as confidentiality.

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and telehealth technology to ensure effective documentation and service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
