Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, capitalizing on modern telehealth technology to foster effective communication and therapy delivery. As our practice is committed to inclusivity, you will work from a telehealth platform that is user-friendly and secure, allowing you to engage with clients through virtual sessions. With a work schedule from Monday through Friday, typically from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, there is flexibility to accommodate patients' varying needs, making it an ideal role for those who value work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand patients' backgrounds and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are tailored to each patient, ensuring that their personal and cultural contexts are considered.

• Offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at healing and promoting mental wellness, focusing on resilience-building strategies.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated care approach for each patient.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support during challenging episodes, effectively managing urgent mental health situations.

• Facilitate educational sessions for patients and families regarding mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and community resources available for further support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, adopting best practices in electronic health record (EHR) management.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case discussions, and specialized cultural competency training sessions to enhance team cohesion and knowledge.

• Stay updated on current research advancements and best practices in mental health therapy, particularly those that emphasize culturally competent approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Valid and current state license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW is mandatory.

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Proven experience in delivering both individual and group therapy using culturally responsive and inclusive methods.

Compensation and Benefits\n
